Take the car and drive west to St. Tropez and St. Raphael, or head east to visit the tiny principality of Monaco. Stunning views and dream beaches await you!
Sailing is in the spotlight for sports lovers, as is golf, due to the numerous courses in the area around Cannes. There are also hiking routes and biking trails!
And when night falls, you can try your luck at the casinos (Barrière and 3.14) or dance the night away at one of the resort’s many nightclubs such as the Chrystie or Club 7.

Our hotel is located in a pedestrian street and has no parking. You can use different private parkings at a few minutes walking from the hotel.
Located 5 minutes from Cannes railway station, you’ll have ample opportunity to explore the heritage of the French Riviera. You can also discover the resort’s culture of cinema thanks to the extensive Palm Bus network.
Taxi and driver services are also available. Contact the reception to make an immediate booking or an advance reservation.

The Hotel La Villa Tosca is ideally situated in the centre of Cannes, in a pedestrian quiet street just a 2-minute walk
from the railway station and 5 minutes from the beaches.

This mode of transport will allow you to discover spectacular landscapes at the edge of the sea by the foot of the rugged red Esterel Massif mountain range.
- Coming from Marseille, Aix en Provence or Italy, take the A8 and leave at exit 42 ‘Cannes Centre’.
- Head along the Boulevard Carnot towards the Gare SNCF.
Access to the hotel is fast and easy from the autoroute.
Rue Hoche is a pedestrian street and the hotel doesn't have parking.
Two private car parks are located in close proximity to the hotel.
Note: The Rue Hoche is a pedestrian street and therefore closed to any vehicle. So that you can register your arrival more easily and leave your luggage at the hotel, you will find a terminal at the entrance of the street. Just ring and say that you are guests of the Hotel La Villa Tosca. You are allowed to stay a few minutes in front of the hotel just for leaving your luggage.
